Wood Front Kitchens, a leading kitchen refacing and remodeling company in Central Illinois, is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Cabinet Refacing Apprentice! This is an immediate full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering a great opportunity for those interested in the booming home improvement sector and, more specifically, carpentry related work.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in cabinet refacing projects under the guidance of experienced professionals
- Learn and apply various carpentry techniques to ensure high-quality results
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete kitchen refacing projects within timelines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to deliver desired results
Skills and Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary, although related carpentry experience is beneficial
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- A strong willingness to learn the unique process of cabinet refacing
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License is required
Compensation Details
- Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Benefits: 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid time-off
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- Location: Washington, IL (with job sites located across Central Illinois region)
